How do I pay?
We have a client portal where payment is processed. Once you have chosen the package that works best for you and submit your form on our website, we will create an account on your behalf. We will then send your login info to your email; the email will be from “Sweep&Go”. If you do not see this email within 10 minutes (during normal business hours) of submitting your form, please call us at 432-288-4034. Inside your portal account, you will have access to copies of all paid invoices, records of past cleanups, and you can link your credit/debit card into the secure platform. After you link your card, we will generate and pay invoices on your behalf and send you receipts. You can access the client portal at Client Dashboard (sweepandgo.com).
Note:
Your card will need to be linked to your account by the time we arrive at your home. If your card is not connected by this time, we will attempt to contact you and knock on your door. If no contact is made, we will reschedule your cleanup for the next available date. Depending on the time of year, this could be weeks out. If you need help connecting your card, we are always available at 432-288-4034 to help you over the phone.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
Do I have to sign a contract for my service?
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.
Do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Scoop Troop Texas. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.
Do you clean the entire yard?
We will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No, you don’t need to be home! As long as we have access to your yard, we can complete the service. For your convenience, we’ll send you a text notification when we’re on our way, so you always know when to expect us
